How we prepare a hot Shoom
We use a steamer to make a hot Shoom as described below, but this works equally well with a drink whisk or simply mix the Shoom to a paste in a little of the oat milk before adding the rest as you would a hot chocolate.

Take one heaped teaspoon of Shoom

Add it to a jug containing 180ml of oat milk

Steam the milk and Shoom together to heat and mix

Serve in a 6oz cup
How we prepare a cold Shoom
We make a cold Shoom with a drink whisk, but you can also fill the bottle as described below in step 1, put the lid on and shake vigorously. Then fill to the top with more chilled oat milk and shake again. You can drink it straight away but we find it taste better if you leave it for an hour in the fridge. Shake again before drinking.

Half fill a cup or 250ml bottle with chilled oat milk and add 1.5 tsp of Shoom

Drink immediately or leave in the fridge for an hour then shake well before serving
